Course Details

Modules

This module is designed to teach learners about the different components of the digital marketing ecosystem. They will understand the full digital marketing landscape, including the latest trends and technologies. Learners will also develop skills in developing a comprehensive digital marketing plan for a business, including setting goals and identifying target audiences. Furthermore, the module will also cover setting up various digital marketing platforms, such as ad accounts, social media accounts, analytics accounts, and landing pages. Learners will also learn to create a content calendar and ensure consistency and relevancy in messaging. This module will help learners gain a solid foundation in digital marketing and prepare them for practical applications in the field. 

Learners will gain expertise in key areas such as content marketing, brand-building content creation, email marketing, website design, and video production. They will explore content marketing strategies and learn how to create valuable and engaging content to attract and connect with target audiences.

 

Learners will gain insights into consumer behaviour in an omni-channel world, understanding how customers interact across various channels and the impact on marketing strategies. They will then focus on building an omni-channel strategy, learning to create cohesive and customer-centric approaches that provide seamless experiences throughout the customer journey.

Learners will be introduced to marketing automation, understanding how it streamlines marketing processes and improves campaign effectiveness. They will then delve into CRM fundamentals, learning to manage customer interactions, maintain accurate customer data, and foster strong customer relationships.

This course introduces learners to the fundamentals of sales methodology and how to effectively implement consultative selling. It begins by introducing the basics of the sales process and how to create an effective sales kit. Learners will then get exposure on the application of consultative selling to the discovery, solutioning, and closing phases of the sales process in order to optimize sales effectiveness. This course will also cover digital outbound prospecting channels and how to use them to find and engage potential customers. Lastly, learners will learn how to use various digital channels to create effective campaigns and use data to measure the success of the sales process. 

Learners will learn to identify and comprehend different Agile management frameworks, including their principles, values, and methodologies. They will gain the skills to implement Agile project management practices, including Scrum ceremonies, artifact management, and iterative planning. Additionally, they will develop the expertise to build high-performing Agile teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement. Learners will also acquire the ability to effectively plan and implement Agile projects, breaking down requirements, prioritizing work, and adapting plans based on feedback and changing project needs.  

Learn the principles, techniques, and applications of generative AI with ChatGPT technology as the main case study and discover how ChatGPT can be applied in practical scenarios, such as generating impactful marketing content and more.

This module will enable learners to develop and implement a full-stack digital marketing plan, design and launch paid media campaigns, optimize web assets with SEO strategies, build the inbound marketing ecosystem with content plans, scale marketing communications with email automation campaigns, and devise performance improvement strategies using web analytics.  

This module teaches the management of complex marketing decisions in contemporary organizations through the core principles of the marketing theory which include consumer psychology, behaviour and the analysis of how these principles can be implemented in the digital context.

This is the final project which would need the learner to apply all the skills learned in the learning pathway to a chosen case study. It will verify the learner’s analytical, organisational, decision-making, relational and operating abilities.
