The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) seeks to support enterprises to reskill Singaporeans and allow them to develop new capabilities to take on jobs in growth areas or redesigned job roles.
(From 1st Apr 2024 onwards)
- Enterprises will avail 70-90%* salary support for up to 6 months per hire
- New Hire – 6 months’ Salary Support
- Singaporean/PR age below 40 – 70% of salary capped at $5000
- Singaporean/PR age above 40 or Singaporean unemployed for more than 6 months – 90% of salary capped at $7500
- Current Employee (min employment of 12 months) – Between 3-6 months’ Salary Support
- Singaporean/PR age below 40 – 70% of salary capped at $5000
