Manage endpoint devices and applications, authentication, compliance and endpoint security using tools such as Intune.
WSQ Cloud and Linux Fundamentals (SF)
Learn cloud concepts, architecture, cost management, governance and security alongside Linux administration and shell scripting.
WSQ IT Customer Service (SF)
Develop the support agent role through IT issue troubleshooting, case documentation, knowledge management and performance measures.
WSQ Capstone Project – IT System Support (SF)

*This diploma is also an SCTP course, which is designed to help individuals transition into new careers by equipping them with job-ready skills and facilitating job placement support. Pursuing a new career path through operating an agency is aligned with the intended outcomes of the programme.

However, should a candidate decide not to launch their own agency after course completion, they will still need to pursue a career transition into a role related to the SCTP programme.
