Krishna leads the company’s Digital Transformation, emphasizing enhanced learning experiences and operational efficiency through AI and Data Analytics. With 30 years of expertise spanning financial and software project management, operational development, and strategic HR, he previously served as VP of Asia Pacific Professional Services at SunGard System Access. In this role, Krishna played a pivotal part in the company’s growth, spearheading global HR, process management, IT infrastructure, and administration during System Access’ worldwide expansion.

Nadiah Rosley

With 15 years of experience in SkillsFuture Singapore, Nadiah has helmed several key projects in framework development, policy, planning and systems development. Currently leading the innovation capability team under the Manpower & Infrastructure and Planning Division, she is dedicated to identifying impactful digital innovation solutions for the TAE Sector. Nadiah is a champion of lifelong learning with an avid interest in workplace learning and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education with University College London.

With more than 25 years of experience in the education field, Edmund has held leadership and management roles in the public and private sectors, in Singapore and overseas. He has also provided consultancy for international schools, EdTech companies, overseas ministries of education and organisations such as the World Bank.

GARY GAN

Gary is an experienced entrepreneur and marketer, involved in the startup of several successful companies across a broad spectrum of industries. Gary was previously Head of Marketing and Business Development at TradeHero, a stock trading mobile app that raised US$10 million from Kleiner Perkins and was acquired by Ayondo.

He is currently co-founder of JobKred, a workforce transformation platform that uses AI and data science to understand the evolving industry skills demand, and guides people to close their skills gaps and navigate the future of work.

WILLIAM PHAY

Assistant Director, Singapore University of Social Sciences & Institute for Adult Learning
William Phay is currently an Assistant Director at SUSS\IAL. He is also an Associate Faculty at SUSS and has been teaching for nearly 10 years in Strategic Management of Technology and Product/Services Innovation and Design. He is a Chartered Engineer (IES), certified PROSCI©️ Change Management, a Senior Practicing Management Consultant and a qualified System Analyst. He has more than 7 IPRs (patents, registered design, trademarks).

With more than 24 publications, Willam has also won innovation prizes and grants, commercialized his inventions, and transformed companies. He has held several key leadership positions in government agencies, IHL, MNCs and SMEs.
