You will begin your career as a SOC (Security Operations Center) Analyst, monitoring computer systems for suspicious activity, investigating security alerts, and helping protect the organization from cyber threats such as hackers and viruses.
As you progress, you can advance to the role of Cybersecurity Administrator, focusing on setting up and managing security tools, enforcing policies, and maintaining secure infrastructure.

Our Advanced Certificate in Infrastructure Support is a train-and-place programme designed to help individuals transition into careers in cloud computing.
The programme covers key areas including server administration, networking fundamentals, operating systems deployment and support, cloud computing, Linux systems administration, IT service and customer support, and practical hands-on infrastructure projects.
Server administration, including server setup, virtualisation, operating system installation, troubleshooting, and data security.
Networking fundamentals, focusing on network configuration, maintenance, connectivity troubleshooting, and secure infrastructure support.
Operating systems deployment and support, including installation, user access management, authentication, authorisation, and endpoint protection.
Cloud computing and Linux systems administration, covering cloud architecture, Azure fundamentals, governance, as well as Linux user, file, and system management.
IT service support and capstone application, including customer support, incident handling, documentation, and practical infrastructure project work.

Upon completion of the Advanced Certificate in Infrastructure Support or direct entry for IT professionals, our 3-month
Advanced Certificate in Cyber Security provides skills in cybersecurity operations, threat detection and analysis, ethical hacking and vulnerability assessment, security monitoring, incident response, and the implementation of security controls to protect organisational systems and networks – preparing learners to obtain highly sought-after EC Council certifications such as Certified Cybersecurity Technician, Certified Ethical Hacker and Certified SOC Analyst.
The Advanced Certificate in Infrastructure Support is also a pathway to a Master in Computer Science. This is a 13-month pathway* that prepares you to move towards a management position

* Total pathway duration is subject to programme schedules and depends on diploma completion and degree intake dates. The overall duration may be extended due to academic calendar gaps between programmes.

Our job placement assistance backed by more than 10 years of track record has helped an average of over 500 locals to transit to high-growth digital jobs each year, but we do not guarantee any job placement. We provide assistance that improves your chances of securing your desired digital job.
We have worked with thousands of hiring companies over the past decade and at any point in time should have more than 100 active hiring companies which consist of both SMEs & MNCs across multiple sectors.
Some of our employers preferred younger candidates and we also have employers who preferred mature ones. These employers recognised that mature candidates would cherish employment opportunities more than the younger ones and be more responsible and reliable at work.
Exemption will be on a case-by-case basis but largely for learners who already have the same certifications residing within our programmes.

The timing of the part-time training sessions is 7pm to 10pm, around 2 to 3 sessions per week. Please take note that there are self-learning components outside the training sessions which need an additional commitment of hours per week.
