In digital marketing fundamentals module, learners will gain a comprehensive understanding of the principles, concepts, and techniques to execute digital marketing activities for brands. They will learn about the various channels and platforms used in digital marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media, content marketing, and Google Ads. Learners will also be introduced to critical metrics and analytics in digital marketing, such as website traffic, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Additionally, learners will explore best practices for identifying customer journeys, conducting competitive analysis, and creating effective digital marketing campaigns, including developing target audiences, creating engaging content, and measuring the success of campaigns. Learners will gain a solid foundation in digital marketing, preparing them for practical application in the field.
In the Digital Marketing Analytics module, learners will understand how to analyze and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. They will learn about various analytics tools and techniques to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, as how to apply customer journey maps to inform marketing decisions and gain insights into how customers progress through different stages of the lifecycle and how this impacts marketing efforts. Learners can determine the appropriate marketing automation tools for specific business needs and analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions for improving campaigns and website performance. They will also learn how to design and implement tests for Conversion Rate Optimization to improve website performance. Additionally, learners will also learn how to interpret data and use it to optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve better results. By the end of the course, learners will have a solid foundation in digital marketing analytics and be able to apply these skills in real-world situations.
In the Social Media Marketing Tools and Techniques module, learners will be introduced to various social media marketing tools, and techniques businesses use to promote their products and services on social media platforms. They will learn about the different social media platforms available and their features, as well as how to develop and execute social media marketing strategies to reach their target audience. They will also learn how to design, implement, and monitor ad campaigns on popular social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others for customer acquisition, nurturing, and conversion. They will also learn how to implement campaign automation tools to streamline the management of social media campaigns, analyze data from social listening tools that will help inform marketing decisions, and learners will also be taught to identify social media analytics tools to analyze visitor behavior and conversions, optimize campaign performance, and improve overall social media marketing strategies.
This module focuses on creating effective marketing content that engages and converts potential customers. Learners will gain an understanding of different content types, including written and visual, and how to use them to communicate key messages to target audiences. They will learn about content strategy, including creating a content plan, identifying buyer personas and target audiences, and choosing the proper channels to distribute content. Learners will also gain expertise in storytelling techniques and create a content plan that nurtures leads and guides them toward conversion and optimize content for various digital marketing channels like websites, blogs, search engines, and social media. Practical assignments and projects will enable learners to apply the knowledge gained and develop real-world content marketing strategies.content in inbound marketing and execute content & email marketing campaigns. You will understand inbound marketing planning and content creation, content promotion and optimization, email marketing fundamentals & Implementation & optimisation of email campaigns.
In this course, learners will gain an understanding of how search engines work and learn how to optimize website content for better search engine rankings. They will also learn how to research keywords, optimize on-page elements and build links to improve off-page optimization. Overall, learners will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to improve website visibility on search engines and drive more traffic to a website through organic search. Additionally, the course will focus on local SEO and an understanding of analytics and techniques for tracking and measuring the success of SEO efforts. Learners will go through practical exercises and projects to apply the knowledge gained and develop real-world SEO strategies.
The capstone project in Digital Marketing is designed to provide learners with hands-on experience in applying the concepts and techniques they have learned in the Digital Marketing course. Learners will work on a real-world challenge, and they will learn to develop and implement a full-stack digital marketing plan, design and launch paid media campaigns, optimize web assets with SEO strategies, build the inbound marketing ecosystem with the Content marketing plan, scale marketing communications with Email Marketing Automation campaigns, and devise performance improvement strategies by measuring data with Web Analytics.
This training programme will also prepare the learners for the following industry certifications:

    Yes, our training programmes are mapped onto the Skills Framework (SFw). This is a national framework that companies are using to develop human resource capabilities that include the development of job profiles, recruitment and interview checklists among many others.
    Our job placement assistance backed by more than 10 years of track record has helped an average of over 500 locals to transit to high-growth digital jobs each year, but we do not guarantee any job placement. We provide assistance that improves your chances of securing your desired digital job.
    We have worked with thousands of hiring companies over the past decade and at any point in time should have more than 100 active hiring companies which consist of both SMEs & MNCs across multiple sectors.
    Some of our employers preferred younger candidates and we also have employers who preferred mature ones. These employers recognised that mature candidates would cherish employment opportunities more than the younger ones and be more responsible and reliable at work.
    Exemption will be on a case-by-case basis but largely for learners who already have the same certifications residing within our programmes.

    The timing of the part-time training sessions is 7pm to 10pm, around 2 to 3 sessions per week. Please take note that there are self-learning components outside the training sessions which need an additional commitment of hours per week.
