SkillsFuture SME Mentors Programme
The SkillsFuture SME Mentors Programme enhances SMEs’ learning and development capabilities by equipping them with the expertise of mentors with wide-ranging experience and know-how in different fields.
Enterprise Singapore will provide 100% funding support to the participating SMEs till December 2018.

Professional Conversion Programme
(Attach-And-Train)
In this programme, companies provide Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents with attachment opportunities while they undergo training. Workforce Singapore provides your company with funding support for the trainees’ allowance.

Course Fee Subsidy
• Up to 70% course fee funding. (The course fee will be borne by Workforce Singapore and trainee.)
Training allowance
• WSG funding of between 50 - 70% of prevailing salary, capped at $4,000/month
• Your company needs to co-fund at least an additional 10% of your trainee’s prevailing salary

P-Max Programme
Workforce Singapore’s P-Max programme offers up to 90% funding support for SMEs offering workshops for their PMET staff.
Your company is only required to pay the 10% nett fee portion of the respective SME and PMET workshop course fees.
If your company successfully completes the 6-month follow-up aimed at strengthening HR practices and retain your newly-hired PMET employee(s), you will also be eligible for a one-off $5,000 Assistance Grant.

WorkPro
Workforce Singapore’s WorkPro encourages employers to implement progressive employment practices to benefit Singaporeans through job redesign, age management practices and flexible work arrangements. Your company can receive the following funding support:
Age Management Grant
- This grant raises awareness of age management practices and supports companies in their implementation.
- Funding amount: up to $20,000 per company
Job Redesign Grant
- This grant helps companies create physically easier, safer and smarter jobs for older workers (aged 50 and above).
- Funding amount: up to $300,000 per company
Work-Life Grant
- This grant helps companies implement and sustain flexible work arrangements for all employees to create work-life harmony at the workplace.
- Funding amount: up to $105,000 per company

Design Thinking Manpower Lean Programme
Workforce Singapore’s Design Thinking Manpower Lean Programme helps companies improve their products and services through understanding their customers and knowing their markets:
- Products and services innovation to increase sales
- Business model innovation to break into new markets
- Process innovation to increase productivity
Companies can enjoy 70% - 90% funding for the programme fees. Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents employed under the company are eligible to attend the programme. Employers only need to pay the net fee and GST payable.

Lean Enterprise Development (LED) Scheme
Workforce Singapore’s LED Scheme supports companies in:
- Becoming more manpower-lean
- Building a stronger Singaporean core
- Developing a better quality workforce
In addition to the existing assistance schemes, the LED Scheme also provides companies with transitional manpower support if temporary flexibility in deploying foreign manpower is required. A cross-agency LED taskforce comprising various agencies such as will help companies in a coordinated manner to tap on relevant assistance schemes. These include:

(Human Capital Development)
Enterprise Singapore’s Capability Development Grant aims to support SMEs to scale up business capabilities and ensure business sustainability.
The grant funds up to 70% of qualifying project costs such as consultancy, training, certification and equipment costs.
Strengthen your HR practices by putting in place the right systems and processes, and investing in talent attraction and development strategies.
