Prerequisite

O level or ITE or A level with minimum 1 credit and with minimum 1 year of work experience in the relevant field.

Graduation Requirements

  • Minimum attendance of 75% for all sessions in each of the modules of the course
  • Should be assessed Competent (C) in each of the modules of the course

To help small and medium enterprises in Singapore, Digital Transformation Bootcamp is specially designed to provide participants with a skill-set to develop action plans for the Company's Digital Transformation journey.

This module aims to equip learners with knowledge and skills to build business applications with rich business logic and workflow capabilities to transform an organization manual business processes to digital, automated processes with little-to-no code.

Skills

By the end of this module, the Learner should be able to perform the following activities:

  • Develop a project plan for each of Spiral, Waterfall, Agile, V-models to execute the software project
  • Create a feasibility report for the module project
  • Prepare a project plan with the work breakdown structure, based on the module project given
  • Prepare the risk assessment plan based on the module project given with respect to functional, non-functional and technical risks.
  • Identify the suitable testing method for the given scenario and explain how the risks could be addressed
  • Prepare the test plan with the detailed test cases
  • Explain the processes of the problem management by taking any one of the failed test cases

Digital Transformation Projects

Learners will apply their knowledge and skills gained from this program including digital business development and business management skills to support the transformation of the business.
