Learn how to Design, Configure and Implement Financial Accounting processes for an enterprise on SAP ERP system

Get Trained

Course Structure

Express ERP SAP FI

Lithan’s Express ERP SAP FI course enables the learners with knowledge, hands-on skills and implementation experience on SAP ERP Financial Accounting Module. Learners will acquire in-depth knowledge of Financial Accounting processes within an enterprise and understand the functionality available in SAP ERP to support the Financial Accounting processes.

 

Learners will acquire skills and hands-on experience in designing and setting up organization structure and Financial Accounting processes on SAP ERP. This course is aligned with Singapore’s SSG WSQ NICF Framework.

 

The learner shall perform e-learning and lab exercises for each of the Instructional Units with online support from the Tutors. Subsequently, the learner shall perform a modular project with the guidance of an Industry expert who play the role of Project Tutor.

By end of this module, the learner should be able to gain the following knowledge:

  • Organisational  units of finance management.
  • Master data such as general ledger accounts, profit centres , customer & vendor accounts.
  • Document control in posting periods, posting authorisations, change control.
  • Different posting control of payment terms, taxes codes, cash discounts.
  • Document splitting , document reversal.
  • Clear open items.

By end of this module, the learner should be able to perform the following activities:

  • Define organizational units related to finance management in SAP system.
  • Maintain master data such as general ledger accounts, profit centres , customer & vendor accounts.
  • Execute posting period , authorisations transactions.
  • Perform the document splitting and document reversal transactions.
  • Execute posting control transactions payment terms, taxes codes, cash discounts.
  • Post payment difference and clear the open items.
  • Create document parking and document workflow.
