    Our job role is designed to deliver agile talents with multidisciplinary skills. We provide structured job induction training (Up to 250 Guided Learning Hours over 6 months) complemented with work integrated learning for workplace skills mastery. Learning has no full stop for us. We allocated at least 10% of our working hours for mandatory structured training on an ongoing basis. We are a learning enterprise where learning is work and work is learning.

     

    In 2017, Lithan is conferred with Leading HR Practices Award in Learning and Development catergory by Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI).
