Currently the COO of Lithan Academy, Krishna has 24 years experience in the areas of financial process management, software project management, operational process development and implementation and strategic HR.
Prior to joining Lithan Academy, he was the Vice President of Asia Pacific Professional Services in System Access. In this position, he was responsible for the implementation of SYMBOLS core banking product in the region and the operational management (Revenue and P&L) of the division. He managed a team of 250 people across Asia Pacific and was the country manager for the Philippines. He was a key member of the management team of System Access and played a strategic role in contributing immensely to the company's growth, its people and processes.
In the initial years of expansion of System Access operations worldwide, Krishna as a Corporate Services Director, successfully implemented processes for the global management of Human Resource, Process Management, IT Infrastructure and Administration with a diversified team.
SunGard eventually bought System Access for S$120 Million in 2006.
Satya has wide experience in technology-led business transformation engagements with unique blend of hands-on experience, leadership and entrepreneurship roles across several industry verticals.
He has provided Technology Vision & Leadership for several organizations and has good experience in Education Technology, Mobile and Enterprise Applications.
He has designed and implemented New Pedagogy models, aligned with the prevailing technology of the day. He has also led and mentored multicultural and geographically dispersed teams across various technologies, products and solutions.
Satya has a Bachelors in Electronics Engineering and worked with various organizations like MT Educare Limited and Group companies of Bayer, Hoechst, BASF, Aditya Birla etc. As an entrepreneur, he built two SAP Services companies from scratch and managed them for 10 years before a gainful exit.
Brendan is the Singapore course coordinator for both Master of Business in ERP Systems and Bachelor of Business (Information Systems). A member of the Association of Information Systems, Brendan has had professional experience in being a director of web-based learning at the Faculty of Business and Law. He holds a Diploma in Business Data Protection at Gordon Institute and a Diploma in SCVH. He also holds a Master of Business from RMIT University.
With research interests in ERP Systems, e-Learning technologies and programming skills development, Brendan has published many conference papers and journals to contribute to the development of technology and education. For a detailed profile, download here.
