Course Structure

NICF - Diploma in IT Services (System Support)

This course aims at providing career centric qualifications to IT professionals who would like to embark on managing Microsoft platforms.

 

Learners will be able to gain fundamental knowledge and skills required to install and configure windows server , configure and administer advanced server, install and operate small and medium sized network, Implement maintenance procedures based on industry’s best practices and service-level agreements

 

This course is aligned with Singapore’s SSG WSQ NICF and also leads to industry certification in areas of Service management and server management. This integrated pathway provides students with fantastic opportunity to assume roles as System Administrator and Server Administrator.

 

Learner can use Skill-pipe & Lithan LMS for e-learning and ONLINE Lab for performing simulated Lab Exercises, Module Project and Capstone project.

  • Candidates who have completed the course NICF – Advanced Certificate in IT Services (Infrastructure Support)
