Absentee Payroll (AP) funding is a grant to help employers defray the manpower costs incurred when you send your employees for certifiable skills training.
You will get 80% of hourly basic salary for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, capped at
$7.50/hour for SMEs.
$4.50/ hour for Non-SMEs.
Both SMEs and Non-SMEs get 95% of hourly basic salary under 'Workfare Skills Support' for Singapore Citizens
(i) who are 35 years or older (13 years and above for Persons with Disabilities); and
(ii) whose monthly income is under $2,300.
