Your organisation can leverage course fee and absentee payroll funding for SkillsFuture SG (SSG) or Workforce Singapore (WSG) external training if you sponsor your staff (PMETs) for training.

- Company must be Singapore registered with a unique UEN number.
- Trainees must be Singapore Citizen(s) or Permanent Resident(s) of Singapore.
- Trainees must be employed and fully sponsored by the company for all training costs.

This grant is applicable if the trainees are either Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
- Up to 90% of the course fee
- Up to 70% of the course fee
- Up to 90% of the course fee (SkillsFuture Midcareer Enhanced Subsidy - Citizens 40 years or older)

Absentee Payroll (AP) funding is a grant to help employers defray the manpower costs incurred when you send your employees for certifiable skills training.
- 80% of hourly basic salary capped at $7.50/hour for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
- 95% of hourly basic salary under Workfare Skills Support for Singapore Citizens
(i) who are 35 years or older (13 years and above for Persons with Disabilities); and
(ii) those who earn a monthly income of not more than $2,300)
- 80% of hourly basic salary capped at $4.50 per hour for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
- 95% of hourly basic salary under Workfare Skills Support for Singapore Citizens
(i) who are 35 years or older (13 years and above for Persons with Disabilities); and
(ii) those who earn a monthly income of not more than $2,300)

- You can submit your training grant application up to 30 days before the course start date and no later than 30 days after the course start date.
- It will take up to 7 days to process your application and up to 20 days to process the grant.
- You can cancel your claim at MySkillsFuture portal. You should cancel the claim and submit a fresh one if you wish to amend the details.
