PCP is funded by Workforce Singapore (WSG) to enable the hiring of local talent (Singaporean/PRs) into a new job role, with up to 90% salary subsidy and course fee funding. Employer sponsors the new hire to attend part-time training on for the hired job role. Retention of 6 months after training completion is required.
