Digitally Disrupting The Classroom NOW

 

Learning in classrooms has changed little over 150 years, but to be ready for a digitally disrupted future, we need to similarly innovate on how we learn. Current models of education are inadequate in producing hirable talent – we experience this in our everyday lives when employers ask for years of experience in a certain skill that we thought was previously unrelated. An employable person is no longer just a skill specialist, but a skilled specialist who is equipped to deal with the digital landscape that we are inexplicably involved in.
